I semi hesitantly bought my truck from a "small dealer" back in February. I recently returned from a vacation in NC where it was put through the test. It's now May and I just had it's first oil change. A few imperfections but overall very satisfied. I would definitely go back to purchase my next vehicle. The prices are good and the sales staff like has been said before were definitely laid back and not driving me crazy while I made my decision.

Jared is not going to flood your text and e-mails with a bunch of messages asking if you are still interested. He isn't a pressure salesman either, but when I had questions he was able to answer them. I found a great deal worth driving hours for and in the process bypassing other dealers whose comparable vehicles were thousands of dollars more. Paperwork as much as possible was done ahead of time which made getting home in a timely manner much easier.

Saw a Ram truck on cargurus, loved the look of it and thought the price was reasonable. My wife and I decided to drive out to Fairport to check it out, and we are so happy we did. Immediately upon meeting Jared I was pretty confident I’d be purchasing the truck. That was solely based on Jared, even before test driving it. He was by far the most engaged, friendly, down to earth, genuine car salesmen I’ve ever met. Honestly can’t say enough about the experience. There was not a single ounce of pressure. He is just a really good dude. I can guarantee my wife will be buying her next vehicle through Jared & if I ever decide to swap out of this truck I will be right back there myself. I rarely write reviews, to be honest this is my first. Once in a blue moon though you run across a business or service that compels you to say something. This is one of those times. Jarrod and Trey made this transaction about as easy as one can get. From looking at the Nissan Rogue on Monday to taking possession of the keys on Wednesday things could not have been any easier. I give this establishment 5 stars and if I could give 6 I’d do so.

On a recommendation from a trusted friend I made an appointment to have my annual car inspection done by the folks in the service department at North Coast. I arrived a few minutes early and before my scheduled appointment time, my car was moved into their shop. A half hour later I was driving home. Everyone there was personable, polite and professional. I also took note that the work floor was efficiently laid out, well organized and clean. I believe in customer loyalty, and make a decision regarding future business based on experience far more than price...and in this instance, both price and experience proved to be most impressive. Obviously I'll be back.

Was recently in the market for a ew vehicle. After looking at several differnt locations i settled on northcoast. Jared and Trey were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Other places were trying to fast talk me and do and say whatever they could to try and get me to buy a vehicle. These gentlemen however were the complete opposite. Did not try to pressure me into purchasing anything. As a matter of fact they were more worried about my comfort and piece of mind over anything else. Took time to explain everything, being my first time buying a new vehicle, and were very patient helpful. I would recommend any body trying to find a good vehicle for a reasonable price to at least check them out. It was a very good experience for me. Thank you much fellas. And i will be back for my next vehicle.

My experience with North Coast has been nothing short of exceptional. I wanted a pick up truck, and they had some very nice low mileage trucks on the lot, but they didn’t have exactly what I wanted. Rather than tell me to check back in a week or so, they asked me what I wanted, I gave them an idea of what my ideal truck would be. They said that they could most likely find one and that’s exactly what they did. It’s nice to get a new vehicle, but when they find you the exact truck you want, that’s priceless. That is customer service above and beyond. The truck was low mileage, very clean and priced right. Jared and Trey are great to work with. I can tell you with great certainty, the big dealerships won’t go the extra step to earn your business. North Coast will and did for me.

Got my dream car from North Coast, a 2002 Trans Am Convertible. I had been looking for over 5 years and was always a bit scared of having to buy this rare car from some other state, sight unseen. I did some research on this dealer and after talking to a former customer and speaking with Jared, I felt I could trust that they were being honest with me. I took the plunge and drove to pick it up. I didn't even test drive it. It fired up, walked around it a few times and off I went! I highly recommend this dealership. Jared and the rest of the crew answered all my questions, sent any photos I wanted, took texts at odd hours. Very responsive. Holding out my last star because I think they could do a better of a job inspecting the vehicles. My turn signal didn't work on the dash, + slow blinkers. They missed this. Also asked if there was a wheel key- told no . Well.. just found out it DOES at the tire shop. Minor stuff. So feel confident buying from them, but do check everything yourself!

I bought my first Jeep here and had a great experience. It's a smaller dealership which is nice because it's not as intimidating. You can take your time and walk around the lot and not be bombarded by anyone. The whole buying process was quick and easy. Trey and Jared are both great. Highly recommend!

I pass North Coast daily and another vehicle seems to catch my eye with each and every pass. Eventually and inevitably, I spotted one I had to have! Trey & Jared made the entire experience a memorable one, mostly because it wasn't your typical dealership encounter. They're friendly and enjoyable to deal with, knowledgeable, non-condescending and they prioritize both making and keeping their customer happy. What's impressed me the most, is that they continue to their effort in prioritizing me even after the sale. I had a minor issue with my vehicle approx. 1 month after purchase. They took care of my car as if it was their own and treated me like I'm still their priority. I highly+ recommend North Coast!
